Mobile Bill - MMOBILE

Each month whenever I receive my mobile bill, my heart would go pounding because on and off I have charges which I have no idea where they come from.

This month, another shock.
What are these SMS Content Services ( sorry a bit blur)? In my conscious mind, I have never sent nor subscribe to anything? Why are they always doing this to us???

No : 36881 anyone? I have checked my phone sms, no sms made on 12/2/2016. If we call up celcom, they probably say don't know.

In the past, due to my boy's ignorance, we  once have a bill of RM200++ for mobile data which we did not subscribed. In fact my boy is only using wifi. We lodged a complaint but so far no updates yet.

My hubby did a google and found that the number belongs to

SMS# 36881 (Macrokiosk Berhad; Tel: 0321643273)


Someone complained and got the following response :


Do be informed that it is an External service Content provider-MACRO SMS  and service is rendered to user when request is either made via wap or sms from user;s end. Charges are valid and we had escalate your request to the service provider for cancellation of service.

Gosh...I hate this!!!

    1. Hi mun, I know about this. Not everyone experience miraculous healing like some. The right dose is the key and that is the difficult part. Because it is pricey and some cannot afford to go on higher dose or wait it out at a lower dosage..so we cannot conclude whether it actually doesn't work or not. For me I have good experiences(http://www.relaxyes.blogspot.my/2015/08/izumio-best-selling-hydrogenated-water.html) with these 2 products. My dad and my kids too but not all ailments have seen improvements for example, my kids eyesight is still the same. So I am glad she spoke up as it gives a more balance view on the products. Having said that, I know of people who heals/improve at low dosage while others still waiting for improvement with higher doses. The thing is we are merely sharing that these products exist and has helped/worked for many but no promise that it will help you. We know that these are hydrogen and carotenoid supplements which is already scientifically proven to be food for the body.
      For me, if someone whom I shared tells me that she is on another supplement and it helps her, I always stop there. If it helps her, go ahead and dont' rock a stable boat. ( my shallow principle till now). But if you have tried many things and still no solution in sight, do consider these two products simply because it has helped many.
      Too me, there is always more than one solution to a problem..it doesn't mean it has to be this or that ONLY. Find one that helps you.

    2. But that is only if one can afford it. The thing is people are making big money out of the desperation of people who wants to get better. This is why I don't want to get into this thing because it is like basically telling people yes, yes, yes, try it, try it, try it, pay, pay, pay and when it does not work, no refund at all. It would be different if it is if it does not work for you, you get a full refund. All money back.

  4. I once had a huge 3-figure bill in the early days of mobile internet. Since it wasn't on a package, data usage was by minutes. Worst thing was there was no warning the charges would be like that.

    You better find out what it is to avoid a repeat performance.

    1. Not the first time...I had even a bigger bill before but was too embarassed to mention due to my son playing online game on my phone. We thought we learnt a lesson and try to be very careful thereafter and yet every now and then, sure got this funny figure coming up. Ya...we're still trying to find out. And you are right, they do not 'notify' you.

    2. And always ensure that you are always using WIFI in places with WIFI instead of DATA. If you use DATA setting on in your HP and do not have a mobile data plan, the telco provider will still let you go online but the charges will be sky high as what you have experienced before.
